Our Aims & Objectives

Stable Steps Limited is a privately owned company that provides 24 hours care in a Care Home facility and delivers the highest standards of care in a warm and homely environment. We will ensure that all of the client needs are identified and addressed in a holistic manner on an individual basis. We shall endeavor to develop our expertise in care provision to ensure we can meet continuing care demands, with the flexibility to meet the continually changing market environment and associated needs.

We will remain committed to our staff and will support their personal development through training and career progression. The commitment to our staff allows us to continue to focus on developing standards of excellence in our care home. Our approach to care is one that encompasses all physical, social, psychological, emotional, and spiritual needs. Clients will be encouraged to exercise their optimum participation in any decision–making affecting their package of care.

Admission Assessment

Stable Steps Care Center

At Stable Steps Care Centre all our Clients will have an individual assessments of their care established prior to their admission and the level of care will be assessed according to their dependency. As part of the preadmission assessment is also COVID individual skills assessment that will determine if the client is safe to leave a building unaccompanied and follow all recommended guidelines and maintains safe. All outdoor activities must be part of a management agreement. All clients will be given this information prior to admission so they can make an informed choice to come and live with us, they will have to comply with COVID restrictions and regulations.
